     may be immediately terminated.

    our service and does not allow storage of : including, but not limited to the following:

   Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, graphic, or music files and any
   material in violation of any International law.

   Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing,
   etcetera, and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to"
   information about such material.

   Offensive Material - Any material which, at the discretion of the management of internetregistration.co.uk
   may cause reasonable offense or upset to others.

   You acknowledge that the management of internetregistration.co.uk shall have the right
   (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available
    via our Hosting services. Without limiting the foregoing, the management of internetregistration.co.uk
    shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.
    You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including

   costs and claims, including reasonable lawyer's fees asserted against the owner and management of

4. Server Up Time

   Whilst every effort is made to ensure that Hosting provided by internetregistration.co.uk is of the best
   possible reliability, you agree that the owner and management of internetregistration.co.uk shall not be
   held responsible for any loss of business due to server downtime in the provision of its services.

may suffer. The owner and management of internetregistration.co.uk makes no warranties of any kind,
expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. This includes registration failure and lapse of domain registration. It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure renewal of their domain names before expiry. The management of
internetregistration.co.uk reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
